1) Request your return via our online returns portal (accessible from your order confirmation email or via the "Returns" section of our website).

2) Follow the instructions to generate a return label.

3) Pack the item securely with tags attached and include the return label.

4) Ship the item and keep your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund—including the original standard delivery cost—as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt.

Return shipping costs are typically at your expense, and the risk of loss or damage during return lies with the customer. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until you're notified that your return has been received and processed.

We do offer direct exchanges through our return portal. To change sizes or styles, please select the item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1) Refuse delivery or accept with clear reservations noted.

2) Contact our customer care team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage.

You may also cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, send us a notice (via email or the return form) before the deadline, and return the product without undue delay. All items must still reach us within 30 days of delivery to qualify.
