Which payment methods does MEOTINE. accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, and Klarna in select countries. All transactions are securely encrypted. We do not store your payment information.
When will I receive my order?
Orders within Denmark typically arrive within 2–3 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination — usually between 5–10 business days.
Can I change the shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change the address. Please contact us immediately. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we can no longer modify shipping information.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Will I be charged extra for customs or VAT?
All prices on our website include Danish VAT. For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. In many cases, these charges are calculated at checkout. Otherwise, they may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any item. Returns must be initiated through our online return portal. All items must be unworn, with tags attached and returned in original packaging.
Can I exchange for another size or style?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note: return shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty.

We offer a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects in line with Danish consumer law. This covers workmanship and materials but does not cover general wear and tear.
