At MEOTINE., we encourage mindful shopping. Returns have a direct impact on our environment, and we kindly ask you to consider your purchases carefully to help us reduce unnecessary transportation. If you need assistance with sizing, fit, or styling, our team is always here to help before you place your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, washed, stained or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sample / Archive Sale / Outlet items

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Taxes & Duties
MEOTINE. delivers worldwide. Please note that all items and shipping prices for delivery to countries outside of the European Union are not inclusive of customs or import duties. The recipient of the delivery is the Importer of Record and is responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. If you refuse a shipment from MEOTINE. you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your MEOTINE purchase. As our pieces are seasonal and produced in limited quantities, we kindly encourage considered shopping. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, or styling, our Customer Care team is happy to help before you decide to return your item.

Exchange
If you need another size or colour, we will gladly assist you with an exchange.

Please email support@meotine.com with your order number and the size or style you would like instead. Our Customer Care team will guide you through the next steps.

For approved exchanges, MEOTINE will assist with the return process, making it easier for you to receive the right piece instead of requesting a refund.

Return
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase.

If you wish to return your order for a refund, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not offer an automatic return label for refunds.

How to return:
1. Email support@meotine.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.

3. We will send you the return address and instructions.

4. Send the parcel using a tracked shipping service of your choice and keep your receipt until your return has been processed.

Important:
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
- MEOTINE cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
- We do not accept return parcels sent to parcel shops, parcel lockers, or pickup points.
- Returns cannot be dropped off at our store unless agreed in advance.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Claims
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@meotine.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For approved claims, MEOTINE will of course cover the necessary shipping costs.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return has been safely received at our warehouse, our team will examine it for any signs of wear or damage. Only after these quality checks have taken place will we issue the refund.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of receipt at our warehouse for our team to log and process your return.

Refunds are strictly made to the original payment method used to purchase the item. Please be aware that original shipping charges and any import fees/duties are non-refundable. Banks may take an additional 5-10 working days to make credit/debit card refunds visible on your account. MEOTINE. does not accept liability for the length of time a bank may take to process refunds.
