Before you create a return, please read carefully:
We want you to love your Meotine purchase. However, returns have a direct impact on our environment. We encourage you to make thoughtful purchases and contact our support team at support@meotine.com. if you are unsure about sizing or fit before buying.
Important regarding your refund:

WITHIN EUROPE - €40
OUTSIDE EUROPE - €50
SWEDEN - 300 SEK
DENMARK - 79 DKK
This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover shipping and processing.
Condition:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Need a different size?
Instead of returning for a refund, we recommend choosing exchange trough our return portal to get the right fit faster.
Need a different size or style?
Don't settle for a fit that isn't perfect. We offer free exchanges if you wish to swap your item for another size or color.
Faster process: Exchanges are prioritized in our warehouse.
Better value: Avoid the deduction of the return fee by choosing an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
If you wish to change size or style, please please use our return portal. The portal will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in placing a new order for the desired size of product.
Please note: if you later decide to return an exchanged order, the standard return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that return shipping is not free. A handling and shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

- Denmark: 79 DKK
- Sweden: 300 SEK
- Europe: €40
- Outside Europe: €50
Tip: You can avoid this fee by visiting our flagship store in Copenhagen to return or exchange your item directly.
We strongly recommend that you keep your proof of postage until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been delivered and processed.
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for our team to inspect and process your return.
Important:To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
If the item shows signs of wear (makeup, perfume scents, or removed tags), the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. The item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Print your return label and return invoice.
Please submit a claim via our return portal as soon as possible. Using the portal ensures that our customer care team is automatically notified and can handle your case efficiently. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 4–7 business days.
Holiday Season Return & Refund Policy
You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
However, during the holiday season, we have extended our return period — all holiday orders can be returned until January 7, 2026.
All returned items must reach us no later than this date in order to qualify for a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
