SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world! All orders will be shipped out via UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Can I track my package?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail. Please note that it may take a couple of hours for your tracking number to become active.

Good idea to check your tracking number to avoid any delivery issues.

Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we do if your purchase meets the free shipping limit.

Do I pay local taxes to receive my order?
No, you only pay what you see at checkout.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment with the following credit cards: Visa card, Mastercard, American Express & Visa Electron. We also accept payment with larna. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped.

RETURNS

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:

You have the option to return full-priced items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Drop-offs are not permitted at the return address. However, drop-offs for web returns are accepted at our Copenhagen based store located at Store Strandstræde 7, 1256.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

At present, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order, and return the current item for a refund.

 

MEOTINE. cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit due to shipping issues.

SALE ITEMS can only be refunded within the European Union.

Please send your return to the following address using a trackable shipping carrier of your choice. Ensure to include the completed order note provided in your package. All return packages must have a tracking number:
