We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange or return any purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt.

WISH TO EXCHANGE?

Then it’s free!
Simply do the following:

Write your name, order number and the model you want to change to.

It is important that you write exactly what color, size and model you want to exchange it into.

Pack the item securely in the packaging in which you received it – (plastic bag or cardboard box). Remember to enclose the note in the package.

Attach the return label to the package and it is ready to be shipped.

HOW TO RETURN

If you wish to return your item, write your name, order number and the item you want to return. The return must be made no later than 14 days after you have received your package.

You now have two options.

1) You can use our return label.
(We charge 5% of the price of the returned product)

2) Use your own shipping method. The package must be sent with delivery and we always recommend you to send the package with insurance and tracking number.

HOW LONG PROCEEDING TIME IS THERE?

Once we have received the order and taken a look at the condition, We will make the refund to the debit card / Klarna / Viabill used in the purchase. It might take 10-14 business days before the amount will be shown in your bank account, but usually it takes 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email as soon as I have started the refund process.

What do I do if the style I want to exchange to is more expensive or at a lower cost than the style I bought?

If you want to exchange to another style, that is of a lower price than the one you have bought, we will make a refund of the remaining amount to the card used on the original order. If you want to exchange to a another style, that is of a higher price than the one you have bought, we will send a secure payment link to your email. The payment link makes it secure, fast and easy for you to pay the difference. Once you have made the payment and confirmed it to us by mail. I will send the new style to you.

When you are sending a order to us, you are paying for the return freight. It is important, that you send the package with home delivery, since we can not pick up packages in different parcel shops. We always recommend, that you send the package with insurance, so that you get a Track & Trace number. That way you are able to trace the journey of the package.

The freight of the new style is paid by us.
